Elgsnes is a small but magnificent place in Norway, near Harstad (circa 30 Km). You can see here, in the winter season, Aurora Borealis. This can compensate the lack of light for near 6 months a year. The weather in winters is mild and good because of the warm water from the Golf of Mexico that comes here with the Gulf Stream. This is the land of elfs and trolls. The summer is special because you will have the sun above your head 24 hours/day. Everything is growing very fast, but the most important thing is that you can go out fishing into the sea. The fish is present and you don't need special skills to get it. A boat, a line with red hooks and a knife is all that you need to come back with a lot of fish.
